When you book your retreat with Tallgrass Lodge you can rely on a professional environment with the most modern amenities. Here at Tallgrass we can accommodate two to thirty six guests. Weather you are a large or small group complete booking of our lodge is available. If you simply wish to conduct business while you are with us, we have a 312 square foot conference room with everything you will need to hold a productive business meeting. There is not another business center in Kansas as unique as ours, and we are conveniently located to serve Wichita, Topeka, Kansas City and surrounding communities. |

One thing that will never happen at Tallgrass is
someone going hungry. We serve some of the best home
cooked meals you will find anywhere, and occasionally
you will be surprised by the sophistication of our
food. We love to pair unorthodox wines with our epicurean
creations. Along with three meals a day, you will find
plenty of sumptuous surprises here and there around
the lodge for your sweet tooth. We would be more than
happy to meet any dietary needs you or someone in your
group may have just let us know ahead of time.

| While you are staying with us on your retreat, you
have full access to the amenities at our lodge. Outdoor
activities include fishing, hiking, hayrides, mountain
biking, ATV’s, and sporting clay’s. Indoor
activities include a pool table, card table, games, both
book and movie libraries, bar, and large screen television
with surround sound. We highly recommend sporting clays.
It is a great group activity and we can arrange for shooting
instruction for one person or your whole group. People
have really enjoyed this group activity in the past,
and it can even get a little competitive. Of course,
we would be happy to book a hunting trip for your group
if you would like to mix some leisure time in with your
work. Some leaders even use our services as rewards for
a job well done to a valued employee. |
| We do offer leadership and team building seminars.
Please let us know when you book your retreat if you
would like us to set up a seminar for you. We need at
least 30 days to arrange for our seminar leader to be
available. Our trainer is Colonel Lee Durham, United
States Army, Special Forces. Colonel Durham has many
years experience training leaders for the United States
Army, and building teams in countries all over the world. |

We have seven “Hunter Rooms” on our basement
level that are each decorated with an individual outdoor
theme. These rooms feature double queen or double full
beds and a three-quarter bath with a luxurious Jacuzzi
shower. These rooms are conveniently located next to
the dining area, kitchen, bar, and recreation area.
Our recreation area features a large screen television
with surround sound, a pool table, card table, dartboards,
and comfortable seating area next to the bar.
If you are in the mood for real luxury book one of
our six suites. These rooms have a single or double
King or Queen Beds, a super luxurious large bath with
a Jacuzzi tub and Jacuzzi shower, and a cozy fire place.
Two of our suites have direct access to the back covered
deck.
All bookings are double occupancy unless other arrangements
are made. Private rooms are available upon
request for an additional charge and are subject to
availability.

We have a 90 day cancellation policy on lodge buyouts,
and a 30 day cancellation policy for all other reservations.
If you cancel your reservations before 30 days (90
days for buyouts), a 10% processing fee will be charged
and taken out of your deposit. If you do not cancel
within 30 days (90 days for buyouts) you forfeit 100%
of your deposit. If a member of your party does not
show up you will still be charged the full amount.
